Our company started to make industrial hot air drying machines for processing local squid, a local specialty in Hakodate, in 1967.
Our history is a history of development.
“Temperature management can be used to control the results in the processing of marine products. Hot wind drying is suitable for the juicy foodstuffs, but changes in color occur when the temperature is too high. In addition, if temperatures are high, fish with high levels of fat experience oxidization, and quality drops” With this in mind we developed a cold wind dryer.
We’ve designed and developed machines for individual customer’s needs and we have so far produced over 100 models.
Fishery processing machinery is used under in harsh operational environments using amorphous raw materials and salt water. Despite being used in such environments we strive to make machinery that is both simple and highly reliable.
After domestic success, we are now expanding worldwide with business in North America, South America, Russia, Southeast Asia, Europe etc.
The know-how we have cultivated in fisheries processing is not limited to single machinery or fishery fields, we will also offer equipment and products for the entire factory, creating new machines and new products according to our customers’ needs.

Record of Awards
Since our founding we’ve expanded our overseas business over the last 40 years. It began when we were asked about squid processing in Korea. After that we did business in Thailand and Vietnam and later the whole of Asia. Currently we are expanding into the Pacific region and our machines are used for processing various kinds of fish in Russia, the United States, Canada and South America.
